Harry Raymond, founder of an over 50 year old general construction company was a man ahead of his time. Believing that we needed better, more energy efficient ways to build homes, he conceived and developed RAY-CORE panels in 1987.

RAY-CORE offers one of the most innovative, unique and structurally sound structural insulated panels (SIP) designs in the industry, manufacturing SIPs with studs molded directly into the panels.

These rigid polyurethane panels combine three labor tasks into just one labor-saving panel. The studs, insulation, and vapor barrier are pre-fabricated into a single structurally solid piece, ready to install.

By incorporating the cutting and spacing of studs and with superiorly tight insulation already in place, RAY-CORE panels are fast to install, providing significant savings in labor costs.
